This American Can Company, 12 ounce container, lists 2 Pats.- Others Pending and was Brewed and Packaged by Rainier Brewing Company of San Francisco, California. This yellow-beige enamel coloring is the final color scheme of the Brown Derby series of opening instruction cans. Notice, even after several years since the court mandated order to comply with the copyright infringement, the derby hat and cane are still not colored in brown. Note also, the single paragraph of text, concluding with "Brown Derby Pilsner", printed at the top of the face panel. This Grade 1/1+ example is one of several quality examples known to the author.
